RE delivers your order worldwide for free! Get your items in most countries within 8-12 business days. Track your order easily with a link in your confirmation email or our website.

Absolutely! Once your order is packed and ready to go, you can request a photo of it via WhatsApp. We’re happy to provide you with a visual confirmation of your purchase before it’s shipped out.

 

RE is dedicated to delivering a smooth shopping experience, from order placement to delivery. Our efficient shipping process ensures your purchases arrive safely and promptly. If you have any questions about shipping policies or need assistance with your order, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.Due to the special nature of our products, we are unable to offer customer-selected shipping methods. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent international logistics partners, depending on destination and routing availability.

In rare cases, a package may not pass customs inspection. Please rest assured — if customs officially detain or seize the package, we will offer either a full refund or a free reshipment, ensuring your rights are fully protected.

Of course! We want you to have a seamless experience with RE. products, so we offer free international shipping on all orders over $150.

Your RE order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

No worries — we cover all export duties on our side. For customs declaration, our products are declared at USD $15. In most countries, this means no import taxes are charged.

However, customs policies can vary by country and may change unexpectedly. In rare cases where import duties are applied by local customs, those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have any concerns, please contact our support team — we’ll do our best to select a shipping method that minimizes or avoids customs duties whenever possible.

We deliver RE products to over 200 countries worldwide! If shipping to your location isn’t possible, we’ll get in touch to find a suitable alternative.

Here’s a general guideline, but please keep in mind these are estimates and don’t include a 1-2 day processing period for your order.

– US, Mexico: 8-12 business days
– Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 9-12 business days
– China: 2 business days
– Asia: 4 business days
– South America: 10-14 business days
Important:

1. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on your location and customs processing. We guarantee delivery within 30 business days of your order.

2. We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or Chinese holidays.

3. Shipping replica goods is a complex process that demands careful handling to navigate customs regulations. Expedited shipping methods, such as express or super-fast options, can dramatically increase the risk of customs seizure. Therefore, our shipping process is long and involves multiple stages to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

At this time we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.

Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow it. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Status link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders. If the information hasn’t been updated within 24 hours, don’t worry! The courier may still be processing your shipment details. Just check back again after 24 hours for the latest tracking information.

In some cases, for logistical reasons, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages, but you’ll be able to track them all with your separate tracking number.

Shipping may be delayed or temporarily suspended during public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, airline or transportation disruptions, labor shortages, or unexpected customs policy changes.

These circumstances are beyond our control and may affect transit times. However, we will continuously monitor your shipment, communicate with logistics partners when necessary, and keep you informed of any updates until the delivery is completed or a resolution is reached.

If either of the following occurs, the shipment will be considered a customs-related exception:

  • No delivery completion within 30 weekdays from the shipping date; or

  • Tracking information shows no updates for 15 consecutive weekdays after dispatch.

Once verified, we will provide a full refund or a replacement shipment, at your choice.

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment, especially during international transit or customs transfer stages. This is normal. Updates will resume once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Once an order has been placed, please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.

If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, reroute, or recall the shipment, as this is controlled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package

  • Missed delivery attempts without timely follow-up

  • Requests to change the address after shipment

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, please contact your local carrier or building management immediately. We will assist you with investigation and insurance claims if applicable.

Special delivery requests (e.g. “leave behind pillar”) will be passed to the carrier when possible, but final placement is determined by the delivery personnel. We cannot guarantee specific placement.
