– Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it.
– Cancellation with a Fee: If it’s been more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours since you purchased an item, we can still cancel it for a 10% cancellation fee (based on your order total) to cover processing costs.
– Once Shipped: Unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible after your order ships.

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or have been shipped incorrectly. However, you can return your unwanted item (following our return policy guidelines) and then place a new order for the desired item.

– Defective or Wrong Item:
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verification, and we will cover the return shipping cost for the mistake.
– Unwanted Item:
Changed your mind? No problem. You may request a return for an UNUSED item only. The item must remain unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials intact.
Items that show signs of use or cannot be resold are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
A few things not eligible for return:
All protective films and seals, including those on handles and hardware, must remain fully intact and unopened. If any protective film is removed, damaged, or missing, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
– Used Items: Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
– Missing Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including boxes, tags, and protective materials.

After verifying your return request, we will guide you through the return process.
If the return is due to a product defect or an item sent incorrectly by us, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
For all other return reasons, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

2. Packaging & Protective Materials
All original packaging and accessories must be intact and complete, including:
Boxes, dust bags, straps, tags, cards, and inserts
All protective films, wraps, seals, and packaging protections must remain fully intact and not removed
Removal or damage of any protective film or packaging will render the item non-returnable, as it affects resale eligibility.
3. Return Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned using the original outer packaging provided by RE.
Returns using alternative or replacement packaging are not accepted, as they may compromise product condition and verification.
Any return showing shipping damage caused by improper packaging will be rejected.
4. Verification & Inspection
All returns are subject to final inspection and approval by our quality control team.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet resale standards or shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Inspection results are final and non-negotiable.
Important Notice
Returned items that fail inspection will not qualify for a full refund.
